How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a Size Guide and notes the model’s size.

A product I want is sold out. Will it restock?

Do you include stickers or freebies with orders?

Not always, but we occasionally add fun extras.

SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over 150 EUR (EU) and 200 EUR (NON-EU).

When will you ship my order?

It takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipping.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.

Can I update my shipping address?

Email us immediately at support@nonstopworldwide.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I combine two orders into one?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can do our best. Please contact us immediately at support@nonstopworldwide.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, especially during busy periods. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

Will I have to pay extra taxes or customs fees?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur customs fees, depending on your country. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Email support@nonstopworldwide.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details, and we’ll solve it for you.

Lost or missing order

We are not responsible for the loss of orders to a forwarding company. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.

My package was returned

Once we receive the returned package and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund. We do not reship returned orders.

How do I return something?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Only purchases from nonstopworldwide.com qualify. Sale/discounted products, underwear, fragrances, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact customercare@nonstopworldwide.com to initiate your return. Do not ship anything back until we reply with instructions. Use a tracked shipping method—we’re not responsible for lost returns. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.

Refund details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we inspect and approve the return. Shipping fees, customs, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable. You cover return shipping costs — we don’t reimburse them
